Full-Service Annual Program

Wellable’s full-service annual program includes unlimited access to Wellness Challenges and Health Content (optional) as well as a Dedicated Account Manager who will serve as an extension of your team, helping execute all the details of the wellness program. With the full-service package, Account Managers take care of all of the little tasks that make a big difference, from drafting and scheduling communications to designing custom challenges to collecting and interpreting feedback from surveys.

This is any individual who is eligible for the wellness benefits associated with your wellness program. For most employers, it is the total number of full-time employees.

Self-Directed Annual Program

Wellable’s self-directed annual program is perfect for employers that do not need someone to manage the day-to-day of a program or create a long-term strategy for success for them. A self-directed program provides the same access to Wellness Challenges and Health Content (optional) as a full-service program. The only difference is that the Dedicated Account Manager serves as a resource to help with the management of your program, rather than handling all the details for you.

Per User Pricing

This is any individual with a Wellable User Account. All eligible employees do not need to have a Wellable User Account, but if an employee wants to participate in the program, they will need one. For example, you could require employees to register for the wellness program in order to have a Wellable User Account, which will help you make the program more budget-friendly.

This solution provides all the benefits of a full-service wellness challenge without an annual commitment. The standard package is for a single employee wellness challenge up to 10 weeks in length and includes options to expand the program beyond 10 weeks to meet the specific needs of any organization. Pricing starts at $5,000 for up to 500 users.

Self-Directed Single Challenge

This solution provides all the benefits of a self-directed wellness challenge without an annual commitment. The standard package is for an individual- or team-based step program (Step It Up Challenge). For $500, you can launch a turnkey, four-week program for up to 100 users. Employers can increase the number of users in 100 user increments and add additional weeks as necessary. Want to spice things up? For an additional $500, you can upgrade to a themed challenge.

No.  Wellness Challenges, Health Content, and Wellness Service are distinct solutions.  You can choose to purchase any number of them to meet the needs of your organization.
